Born in France in July 1934, Monique Lemaire was a singer and came to England in 1958 to improve her English. She then moved to New York in 1960 and studied with Lee Strasberg at the Carnegie Hall. She appeared in several TV shows in New York and then moved to Hollywood in 1962 where she worked as an actress until 1966. That year, she returned to England and married. Her daughter, Chantal, was born two years later. Monique Lemaire is still living in London and works in the family business. Show less «
