Mohammed Nesrate, filmmaker born in Salé in 1960. He studied English Literature in 1982. After playing drums and percussion with various singers and bands (Frères Megri) and some sound recording in music records studios in Rabat, he decided to change his vocation. He was on several movie sets as well as Assistant director, Actor and casting director. Between shoots with great names of world cinema "Ridley Scott, Oliver Stone, Mike Nichols, Gilles McKennon, Alain Chabat and many other filmmakers in the world, he believes to be in perpetual search of a style that would be his own. He made his first short film, "Funny day in the desert" in 2001, the second short film "to life" in 2009 and in 2010, he co-wrote his first film "the Passion of Baroud" and directed it in 2010, was followed by two television series; the first "The team" 26 episodes of 26 minutes "produced by Search for Common Ground" and the second series is" Jouha ya Jouha" 2nd season, 30 episodes of 13 minutes.And his last and successful movie for television was « Appel Forcé » directed on this year and released on 31 July 2013.
