Mikaila was born on December 15, 1986 in Edmond, Oklahoma. At age nine, Mikaila and her family moved to Dallas, Texas where she sang the National Anthem at sporting events and Texas Rangers games. Mikaila was born on December 15, 1986 in Edmond, Oklahoma. At age nine, Mikaila and her family moved to Dallas, Texas where she sang the National Anthem at sporting events and Texas Rangers games. She was discovered by manager Marty Rendleman (who has worked with LeAnn Rimes) and she later started performing nationally and even sang at Carnegie Hall. After the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995, she sang a song called "Not Too Far From Here" in churches all around the suburbs of Oklahoma City. Mikaila also acted on the second season of Public Broadcasting Service's family-oriented television series "Wishbone" as Melina Finch whose uncle owned Oakdale's Sports and Games store. Show less «
