Michelle Tomlinson was born and raised in Northern New Mexico. Heavily involved in Video Productions in High School, she flipped to the other side of the camera and began Acting Classes while attending Eastern New Mexico University. She saturated herself in the Adler Technique taught by Arthur Mendoza and followed up with The Lyndon Technique taught by Amy Lyndon, who teaches an effective and unique Booking Technique.As a survivor of Papillary Thyroid Cancer, Michelle Tomlinson takes absolutely nothing for granted and is in this life to spread light, have fun, work hard and taste every moment to it's fullest.Listed on several Top Ten Hot B Movie Actresses Lists, Tomlinson has received rave reviews in several Feature Films that have not only hit Festivals, but some Theatres as well as DVD Releases. I was shooting a movie, Backfire, by Ben Demaree. Starring as the hit woman, Nicole, I run down the stairs toting a gun while dragging my co-star. We sprint down the stairs with Alex, the cameraman, on our heels. Suddenly Alex yells, 'Put the gun down!' I turn to see two LAPD officers standing behind their car doors, guns drawn, yelling! I gingerly laid the gun in a flower planter and put my hands up. We didn't get shot, thankfully! The lesson: Be careful if you're toting around a fake gun in public, and the LAPD does have a sense of humor! Show less «

(on The Cellar Door) We all have our cages in life. And most of us build them ourselves or we succumb to what other people expect us to be! And it's easy to stay in them because they become safe. Even if we're suffering from mental or physical anguish,we stay locked up, safe and sound - in our boxes. While it's hard as hell and seemingly impossible to break out, you never know when the door will pop open for you and you find your freedom. That's a lot to ask, I think, for people to get out of the film. But that's one of the many things I realized while working on Rudy. There is always hope. Show less «
