Mr. Forest, real name Michele Foresta, was born on the records in Nicosia in Sicily, and artistically in Milan, where he graduated from the School of Mime and Theater "Il Palcoscenico". Starting in the mid-1980s he worked as an entertainment officer at resorts, and later on, with the character of the eccentric magician, he began to perform at the Milanese cabarets and nightclubs around Italy. His first TV appearances date back to the show Indietro Tutta, with Renzo Arbore and Nino Frassica. As of 1997 he became part of Zelig's team. From 2001 to 2009 he started an ongoing collaboration with the Gialappa's band, and for them he morphed into the surreal show host of Mai Dire Maik, Mai Dire Grande Fratello, Mai Dire Domenica, Mai Dire Iene, Mai Dire Lunedì, Mai Dire Grande Fratello e Figli, and Mai Dire Martedì. Together with the Iene: Mai Dire Iene and Mai Dire Candid. In 2005, on Canale 5 he hosted Galà Della Pubblicità with Martina Stella. In 2006 he hosted Festivalbar with Ilary Blasi and Cristina Chiabotto. At the 2008 Sanremo Festival, he was paired in a duet with the singer-songwriter Tricarico, visually illustrating the song "Vita Tranquilla". In 2010 he hosted Master of Magic with Raul Cremona on Rai 2. As of 2010 he was back on the cast of Zelig and along with Teresa Mannino he would be at the head of the 2013 season. In 2012 he was permanent guest on Chiambretti Sunday Night. In 2014 he was the show host of two episodes of Zelig with Bianca Balti, the Gialappa's Band, and Michelle Hunziker. In 2015, 2016, and 2018 he was the permanent guest on Stasera Tutto è Possibile on Rai 2 with Amadeus. In 2017 he was the show host for Rai Dire Niùs on Rai 2 together with Mia Ceran and the Gialappa's Band. In 2017 he was a guest on Rai 2 on the gala evening for the 30th anniversary of Indietro Tutta by Renzo Arbore. In 2018 and 2019 he was a guest at Sanremo. In 2018 he was part of the show on the World Cup Balalaika on Canale 5. In 2019 he was the show host of Mai Dire Talk with the Gialappa's Band. From 2018 to 2021 he was in the cast of the table of Che Fuori Tempo Che Fa by Fabio Fazio. Show less «
