Michael D. Rhoads, MPA, is a former Lieutenant with the E. Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office and worked in Corrections, Narcotics, Detectives, and Uniform Patrol. He was previously a field training officer as well as the Coordinator for the EBRSO Critical Incident Stress Management team. Michael also served as an instructor at the LSU Basic Training Academy, the EBRSO Reserve Academy and the EBRSO In-Service Academy. Michael has also been a guest lecturer at Baton Rouge Community College. He has a Bachelor of Criminal Justice and a Master of Public Administration from Louisiana State University. He has worked as an extra and featured extra for both television and film productions and has given several on camera and off camera interviews to local media. While on the set he has been asked by a number of actors to provide information regarding how to make their law enforcement characters more true to life.Michael is also available for law enforcement related consultation to television and film productions.
