Michael Reventar is an actor from Toronto, Canada. He is the middle son of Rodolfo Reventar, MIT Grad and mechanical engineer, and Irene Laskowski, a retailer. He has two brothers, Roddie and Justin.Michael's first public appearance was on Tiny Talent Time, where at the age of 5 he performed a dance routine to Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean." In addition to dance, he cultivated his musical gifts as a classically trained pianist, eventually going on to win the prestigious Kiwanis Music Festival at the age of 12.As a troubled youth himself, Michael spent 10 years working with charitable organizations in the inner cities of Toronto, using his life story to help kids avoid the mistakes he made. After his father-in-law's passing from brain cancer, Michael made the bold choice to follow his passion of being an actor.Relentlessly training with renowned acting coach David Rotenberg, Michael quickly built a reputation as a major talent with an incredible work ethic.Most notably, Michael Reventar played the role of Blackout in CW's smash hit series The Flash (Season 1, Episode 7: Power Outage). Most recent, catch him on both seasons of Crackle's The Art of More alongside Dennis Quaid, Kate Bosworth and Christian Cooke.Other performances include guest-starring roles in Alphas, Nikita, Transporter: The Series, Beauty & The Beast, History Channel's Gangland Undercover and the Netflix miniseries Between.
