Michael John Treanor is a British actor born in Liverpool on the 13th of July 1983. He spent his formative years in Spain and is therefore able to speak fluent Spanish which has been a tremendous asset in Michael being successfully cast for roles in Spain and Europe. Michael's life has been a roller coaster full of ups and downs, twists and turns and trials and tribulations but he feels blessed to have had life experience in abundance which enables him to bring depth and meaning to varied roles he has undertaken. Michael was a head doorman in Alicante for many years and also an unlicensed Merseyside heavyweight boxing Champion. In 2010 he returned to the UK and started going to acting classes at Merseyside Academy of Drama(MAD).It was then when Michael realised he had found his calling in life in acting and since then he has studied his craft at Act Up North,Inspire Actors Studio and with his mentor David Johnson who has been awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) for his life long commitment to Drama and he is also the founder of the Oldham Theatre Workshop. Michael is also trained in the "Meisner Technique" taught by his American Drama teacher and friend Anthony Montes who was a student of the great Sanford Meisner himself. Michael has appeared in many Television Series, Feature films, Commercials and Short films, he has performed theatre at Edinburgh Fringe festival and even seen himself on the big screen at Cannes Film Festival.
