Michael-David McKernan is an award-winning filmmaker and actor based in Dublin. Since graduating from Drama & Theatre Studies at Trinity College Dublin, he has worked on stage in Ireland and the UK recently appearing in Translations at the National Theatre, London. He is also a graduate of Bow Street Academy for Screen Acting. Screen credits include Red Rock (Element Pictures), Quantico (ABC Studios) and TITANS (History Channel). He made his filmmaking debut with HALO, a single-take short film which premiered at Galway Film Fleadh and for which he won Best Director: Irish Short at Cork International Film Festival. His latest film, How to Fall in Love in a Pandemic, premiered at Galway Film Fleadh and won the Oscar-qualifying award for Best Short Documentary.
