Originally from Asheville, North Carolina, Michael Bayer has a diverse background as a business affairs and entertainment attorney, a producer with several feature film and TV credits, and a creative force. He has a unique perspective in that he has first hand experience not only in business and legal affairs, but also in development, production, acquisitions and distribution.A graduate of Phillips Academy, Duke University, and the University of North Carolina School of Law, Bayer has worked on numerous film and television projects in a variety of capacities.
