Born in Southern California, and the daughter of a Naval seaman and his wife, Melanie was later raised in Danville, VA. Currently she resides in South Florida. Melanie was a natural even when she was young with an interest in performing in plays and doing voice impressions. When she was 16 she was invited to do a voice over for a radio station in Virginia and that was just the beginning for a number of voice overs for other radio stations as well. In addition to her interest and love of acting, Melanie has done a number of Lifestyle photo shoots and she has also worked as a promotional model for various Make-up and Cosmetic lines, Car Racing/NASCAR events, Bridal Showcases, Lex 12 Cigars, Hair Shows and most recently as one of the Model Ambassadors for the entire event of the 2014 Ft Lauderdale International Boat Show. She continues to enhance her skills for print and commercial work and is also attending various acting classes and workshops. Most recently, Melanie has been filming in a co-staring role, for an Indy Film called, All Is Empty. She will also be filming "Same Girl" during the month of January. Additionally, Melanie has been cast in two feature films. The first, Exile Corporation, as an Investigative Reporter, Colette Devereau, based on the novel by the same name and written by Mark McClaffery. The second, Cartel Heat, as a lead mobster's wife, written and produced by Roger Fischer. Filming for both are scheduled to commence in early 2015. In additional to her modeling and acting, Melanie had worked as a Private Nanny for the some of the Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, caring for small children, traveling around the world by private jets and driving Ferraris.
