Megan Koester is a writer and comedian (obviously) who resides in Los Angeles (somewhat less obviously). LA Weekly listed her as a "comic to watch", saying her "sets are as dark, self-effacing and in-the-moment as they come. Koester co-authored the Audible Original "The Indignities of Being A Woman" with Emmy Award winning Merrill Markoe. Her short "Unmarketable" was an official selection at the 2016 New York Television Festival.
