Megan Emerick started her love of performance at a very young age. She grew up singing in many choirs, performing onstage, and loving the art of dance. Over time this landed her a small gig singing for the Silver Burdett Company, performing children's songs when she was 13. Winning awards in Junior High and High School for her performances, she took her love to college. At Texas Tech University she pursued a Liberal Art degree, while also becoming a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority. Not allowing certain mishaps in her life slow her down, she decided to move home to follow her dreams even further. Over time she started modeling for local photographers and worked to build her portfolio. This lead to her first audition for Funimation Studios doing voice work and now has worked on my projects, such as, Yamada's First Time, Is This a Zombie?!, and Shangri-La.In 2010 at Texas Frightmare Weekend in Dallas, TX, Megan met Anthony Brownrigg. This began her onscreen acting career. Anthony offered her a role in his upcoming film Archaic Redemption as the part of Jaxie Jules, the lovable yet very annoying immortal. As this project was put aside for larger productions, Anthony and Megan's friendship grew and they became business partners. Anthony cast Megan to star in their short film, Tasha's Decision, a character prequel to the film, Freeborn, The Werewolf Chronicles, still in preproduction. They also have created a studio band, Savage Gypsy, and now work on writing projects and continuing to create creative productions. Their latest endeavor is Don't Look in The Basement 2, the sequel to Anthony's fathers' 1973 thriller of the same name. Megan also plays the role of Jennifer, alongside a stellar cast with such notable names as Andrew Sensenig, Frank Mosely, Arianne Martin, Jim O'Rear, and Scott Tepperman. She has now scored her next role, Samantha, in The Hospital 2 created by Daniel Emery Taylor and Jim O'Rear. This is the sequel to the extremely controversial 2013 film, The Hospital. Plus many more ventures on the horizon yet to be announced. As she continues voice work for Funimation, she also edits for a production company in Dallas, TX while continues her career in acting and film production.
