Max Sebrechts is a Belgian born model and career man who has graced the pages of magazines around the globe for over a dozen years with Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Gucci, Dunhill, and Burberry campaigns as well as Rolex. Sebrechts was featured in commercials such as Kohl's and JC Penney and was 2010's urban 'Marlboro Man'. Sebrechts worked in his early career as a fashion model for various modeling agencies in Belgium, France, Netherlands, Italy, and Germany. He appeared in various publications and continued his work in China, where he worked over 8 years and did major campaigns for Hugo Boss, Adidas, Philips and Samsung. his international career sky-rocketed by an exclusive contract with Ford Models in Hollywood and he permanently moved to the US in 2010. Sebrechts was eager to make a reality of his latent dreams to become an actor, on top of being a successful model and career man. For many years, he dedicated his free time to improve his acting skills and studied with some of the best teachers in town. He started with getting rid of his foreign accent studying with Bob Corff and improved his acting skills at Margie Haber studios, NYFA and TVI Studios and perfected his hosting skills with Brandhyze Stanley. Sebrechts' breakthrough came when he played a cop in Michelle Danner's feature 'Hello Herman', alongside Hollywood star Bruce Willis, and was seen as a foreign planet inhabitant in the last Star Trek novel Star Trek Into Darkness (2013). He has also hosted large events such as the DirecTV annual "SAMY awards" in LA and has hosted events in the fashion and beauty industry. The multi-lingual actor is fluent in his native French and Dutch (Flemish); he is also fluent in Italian, English and Chinese and is conversational in German. Sebrechts received a classical college education in Greek and Latin in Belgium. He later graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Sciences with a major in Economic Sciences. He also attended the University of Florence in Italy as an exchange student and also studied at the University of Beijing, China where he completed his studies in Chinese business and Chinese language. Later during his professional career, Sebrechts obtained his Master in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from the University of Pepperdine in Malibu, CA. Sebrechts resides in Houston, TX. Sebrechts has 2 sisters Yasmin and Chloe and a brother Tristan. He has 2 children, a daughter Anne-Jolie and a son Max Jr. His father Tony was the mayor of a local town named 'Schoten' near Antwerp in Belgium for over 24 years.
