Matthew was voted a Broadcast Hot Shot in 2011, he was a recipient of BAFTA Rocliffe Comedy 2012 and is an alumni of the BBC Writers' Academy.Born on February 16th 1986 in Cardiff. First notable television appearance was in 'Home Farm Twins' in 1999 playing Jason. This was followed by his appearance as the presenter of DIY.TV in late 2001, a CBBC documentary that followed the fate of 12 teenagers who were given six weeks to create and film their own TV programme. Between 2002-2003 Matthew featured in 'Dalziel and Pascoe', 'Doctors' and 'Holby City'.In late 2003 he landed the part of Leo Vivaldi in 'Mine All Mine' opposite Griff Rhys Jones and Ruth Madoc. The comedy drama from acclaimed writer Russel T. Davies (The Second Coming, Dr. Who, Bob and Rose and Queer As Folk) follows a family from Swansea who discover they have inherited..the town itself.
