Martinus Tocchi was born in Rome on 14th June 1980. He is the son of the actor and writer Maurizio Tocchi and grandson of the composer Gian Luca Tocchi. He's married and has three children. Martinus Tocchi was born in Rome on 14th June 1980. He is the son of the actor and writer Maurizio Tocchi and grandson of the composer Gian Luca Tocchi. He's married and has three children. Martinus grew up between Soriano nel Cimino (VT) and Rome. He has always nurtured a passion for acting. Only in 2015, thanks to the meeting with the director and voice actress Ludovica Marineo, Martinus "was born" artistically and he starred in the short film "Follia di mezzogiorno", directed by Ludovica Marineo. A few months later, he made his debut at the Villa Torlonia's Theater during the review of theatrical film shorts "Saremo film" with the monologue "Storia di un attentato". He trained with acting coaches Michael Margotta, Doris Von Thury, Anna Redi, Andrea Costantini and Francesca de Sapio. In 2017 he is on the big screen in the role of Lubces the mute, in the film "Il Primo Re" by Matteo Rovere. In 2019, he is the Necromancer in "Romolus" directed by Enrico Maria Artale. In 2021 he worked with Ludovico Bessegato for the original Amazon series, "Prisma", produced by Amazon Studios and Cross Productions, where he plays Gerardo. Also on Amazon he plays the role of the Giant Valmont for the film The Monster of the Crypt by Daniele Misischia. He will starr in the film "Il Pataffio" directed by Francesco Lagi, in the role of Baldassarre. Show less «
