Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Mark was the son of jazz musician Stacy Vance. Known primarily for his work in "ManEater", "Nightmare: Return to Elm Street", and "T.J.'s Rights", Mark has spent considerable time as a stage actor and director in the Baltimore-D.C. region. He also released an independently recorded and produced music CD entitled, "All Nighter," under the name of Stacy Vance, Jr. Mark lives in central Florida with his loving companion, Terri Green.
