After Mark's career in film and television he formed a band with school classmate Billy Hardwicke. They had been making music together for years so formed a band called Littlehouse. Mark played acoustic guitar, Billy Hardwicke played electric and both sang. Fellow friends Patrick Watson played bass and Steve Claridge on drums. Mark and Billy wrote all the songs and on their first gig at the Bull & Gate in Kentish town attracted the attention of Andrew Maurice, who would become their manager. They recorded an EP with the title track being Close My Eyes in which Billy Hardwicke would later use on his solo album The Goodbye Look. Littlehouse gigged the London circuit between 1998 and 2000 after which they split up. In 2013 Mark and Billy still play music together and celebrate 40 years of friendship. Show less «
