Originally from New York City, Marcos Menendez is an extremely talented actor, musician, writer, producer, and director . Born in Manhattan and raised in the Bronx and Queens, Marcos' family then moved to Sarasota, Florida where he attended high school. After studying philosophy and theatre at a nearby community college, he was accepted into several top drama programs and decided to return to New York where he earned a BFA in Acting from the prestigious acting conservatory at SUNY Purchase. He also studied with teachers from Juilliard and Yale at the Chautauqua Theatre Conservatory also in New York, and was then accepted into the theatre program at the Royal National Theatre in London. After a performing in lots of Shakespeare plays and other theatre in NYC, Marcos packed his bags for Los Angeles where he soon found work in commercials, print and small roles in short and feature length films. An avid fan of Italian style of theatre known as Commedia 'Del Arte, Marcos joined Actor Tim Robbins' theatre company, The Actors' Gang where he trained and performed for six years.
