Malea is an American singer, songwriter, musician and actress. Her breakthrough single came in 2014, when Give was released, climbing the Billboard Top 20 Dance Club Songs chart at number fourteen. Following Give, Malea released the chart-topping single, One Hot Mess, that put her at # 1 on the Billboard electronic dance chart and remained on the Billboard charts for ten straight weeks. She graduated from the prestigious Manhattan School of Music, majoring in classical vocal performance. While studying at the Manhattan School of Music, Malea was cast in the Broadway premiere of the revival of The King and I. She performed in the ensemble and the leading role of Tuptim in the Tony Award Winning Broadway musical. Her experience led to more acting work, including commercials and television roles. Malea has recorded albums with Jim Scott and Mark Needham. She has toured for years opening for acts such as Kenny Loggins, Shawn Colvin, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, and Train. Malea Executive Produces Films, and runs All Edge Music with Peter DiStefano from Porno for Pyros.
