Madalyn St. John was born and raised in Philadelphia, where she started her professional theatre career in 2011. In recent years, she has branched out to more on-screen pursuits, including a co-starring role opposite Sally Field on Jason Segel's Dispatches from Elsewhere (2020) (AMC), and an award-winning short movie musical, Repetition Rhapsody (2018), which she wrote, directed and produced, and which has been screened at festivals locally and internationally.
