Louis Ralphel Brown is an American producer, director, writer, and actor known for his work on The Lady in the Red Dress, Forbidden Fruit, and Charleston Harbor. Born in Austin, TX to Louis and Ayanna Brown, Louis moved to Seattle, WA with his family at the age of 12.
