Lori Henry has been in the spotlight since beginning to dance at the age of two. She led her Polynesian dance group to various shows, including Expo 86' and South Pacific, before widening her training to include tap, jazz, ballet, modern, contemporary and hip hop. Not content on the stage, she moved from her hometown of Port Coquitlam to study in the big city of Vancouver, Canada, where she decided to train as an actress. She found Gastown Actors Studio and studied in their full time theatre program. She has since continued to perform on stage while learning the craft in front of the camera.In her other life, Lori works as a freelance travel & lifestyle writer. Her freelance work has been published in WestJet's up! magazine, Western Living, Reader's Digest, Spa magazine, FLARE, VIA destinations, and USAToday.com.
