This Canadian actress, was born and raised in Richmond Hill, Ontario, and is the youngest of four children. She first started out in the industry behind the camera as a make up artist; but then realizing she had a passion for story telling, and went to train at the Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts. She is now enjoying a career on both the small and big screens and in theatres across North America. Lisa is also a proud union member, representing other Canadian artist, as an elected member of ACTRA's Toronto council.Some of her favorite roles on stage include playing Mayme; in the Canadian Premier of Lynne Nottage's Intimate Apparel, Mrs. Muller in John Patrick Shanley's Doubt. A Parable at both The Neptune & Globe Theatre, Tituba in Arthur Miller's The Crucible at the Shaw Festival and singing in The Stratford Shakespeare Festival's adaptation of Harper Lee's (as adapted by Christopher Sergei) To Kill a Mockingbird. Lisa is honored to have played on the both the Stratford and Shaw Festival stages.Some of her favorite roles in Film and TV include, playing assassin for hire, Grier on XIII: The Series on Showcase, Captain Pam Everwood on Global and ABC's Combat Hospital , Janice Lawrence on Lifetime's Against The Wall, Serena on Lost Girl for Showcase, Wendy Clark in Be My Valentine (Hallmark Movies), Zoe Figgis on The Firm (NBC), and Stella Marz in TNT's Silent Witness.Some of Lisa's commercial campaigns include Walmart, Skinny Cow, Bell, Quaker Oats, Lexus, Nintendo Wii, Cheer and Home Hardware. She also starred in the "Thanks Showcase" commercial campaign with ran for many years and won several industry awards. As well as being the current face and voice for RBC and Canadian Blood Service.
