Originally from Victoria, Duggan played for Ballarat's St Patrick College, Western Jest and Vic Metro in the Under 18s before being drafted with pick 11 in the 2014 National Draft. Duggan has become a reliable and versatile defender, participating in the club's 2018 Premiership victory. Has been earmarked as a future leader of the playing group.
