Lena Gora is a classically trained screen and stage actress. She was born in Gdansk, Poland to Slawek Gora, a figurative artist and Ela (Malwina) Gora, a singer in a number of 80s alternative polish bands. Lena began acting at a young age in local theatres in Poland staring in productions such as Electra, The Trial and Romeo & Juliet.Moving to London at 15, she became a member of The-O Adams' Company and acted as Head of Performance for London's, Caligula ('London's answer to Studio 54': Time Out.) In 2010 she relocated to New York where she studied at the HB Studios and was a member of the The Actors Studio. Mentored by Joe Paradise she performed in numerous theatre projects. In 2011 Lena completed her debut lead role in feature film FAIL. Later that year she briefly returned to London to appear in a VICE magazine mockumentary series Dalston Superstars. In 2013 she became the face of fashion label Anzevino. Lena has been shot by Cedric Buchet, David Sims for W magazine and appeared in Vogue Italy, VICE, iD and LOVE magazines.Lena is now based in Los Angeles. In 2015 she appeared in Cineville's Female Fight Club and played Jane in Cops and Robbers (2015) alongside Tom Berenger. In spring 2016 she was one of 10 Strong Women portrayed by Alistar Guy, exhibition opened on may 4th at Smythson of Bond Street, London; other models included Daphne Guiness, Melanie Griffith and Tippi Hedren.In 2017 she directed her first movie Hospital Green.She is currently in pre-production of Lilith directed by Jeff Preiss and Goat Hill Road directed by Bo Brinkman.
