Lee Ann Edwards is a SAG actress and producer. After studying and working in Los Angeles, CA she has returned to her home state of Texas and has recently began working again after taking time off to raise her family. Lee Ann first appeared in a George Strait, Ace in the Hole, Bud Light national Superbowl commercial after being cast when she went with a friend to be his dance partner in an audition. Thanks to Jimmy Villareal! She then was given a scholarship to the Actors Theatre of Houston where Dennis and Randy Quaid studied. From there she gained a manager and agent and moved to Los Angeles where she began living and working at the age of 23. She had an incredible time working as a hostess with Ashley Judd at The Ivy restaurant in Beverly Hills as she studied with Daryl Hickman, Margie Haber, Penny Johnson Jerald and others in both LA and NY. Lee Ann made her big screen debut with Paul Reiser in the feature film comedy, Mr. Write. As a native Texan, she loves her southern roots and strives to be a trusted, reliable and exciting talent and story teller in every project she is a part of. Having starred in 2019 in the theatrical production "Black, White and Sunshine" at the Match Theatre in Midtown, Houston, Texas, as Mrs. Deerfield, she found her voice once again as a theatrical actress. Lee Ann saw first hand the importance of telling stories that could impact and change peoples choices. A teacher attending the show approached her after one of the particularly moving performances and told her "she will never be the same teacher again." These moments are why Lee Ann entered the business. Lee Ann is currently set to return to the screen as a more mature leading lady in works that will genuinely impact a broad audience. Her hope is to be an actress that can be looked up to both in the industry and among the youth and general population, as someone who never gave up on her dream, put character and family first and that entertains and challenges those who see her work. She is definitely an actress that lights up a room and leaves a sparkle wherever she goes. Lee Ann has a motto, "What you make happen for someone else, God will make happen for you."
