Lauren Sowa grew up in Lancaster, PA and moved to New York to attend NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. She was chosen to participate in the Old Vic New Voices TS Eliot US/UK Exchange, where she had the chance to perform on the Old Vic stage. She is best known for the films 42 Seconds of Happiness, and The Rainbow Experiment.
