Lauren was born in Boston, Massachusetts and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, where she knew from an early age that she was meant to perform. After spending years training in dance and gymnastics, Lauren attended the University of Central Florida where she graduated with a degree in Theatre and a double minor in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Upon graduation, Lauren packed up her two door Ford Focus with a few belongings (including her adorable puppy) and made the trip across country to Los Angeles. Since her arrival, Lauren has enjoyed working on a number of independent films, national commercials, network television shows, print ads, on-stage, and as a fit model for several companies including Forever 21, K-Swiss, and Urban Outfitters.
