Lacin Ceylan was born in Izmir. He graduated from Izmir Private Turkish College. He graduated from Hacettepe University, Ankara State Conservatory Theater Department in 1989. Between 1991 and 1993 he completed his master 's degree education by presenting his dissertation entitled "Dictation in the direction of rational and physical effects".
