Kurt Yaeger is an actor, athlete and advocate. He's widely recognized for his character "Greg the Peg" in Season 5, on the hit series Sons of Anarchy. He's also known for roles in Quarry (2016) Pure Genius, (2016) NCIS LA, (2016), Shooter (2016) Shameless (2015).Kurt is a highly respected member of the SAG/AFTRA committee Performers with Disabilities, and advocates for the inclusion of actors with disabilities in roles not specified for disabled characters. He speaks with network executives, show runners, writers and casting on ways to increase inclusion though understanding and insight into the entertainment industry. His goal is to create the best television and film first, yet still advocating for roles where they fit actors of a diverse nature.Kurt's also a former professional X-games athlete. Years before loosing his leg in a horrible accident, Kurt came back, was the first amputee in the X-games, the first and only amputee to successfully pull a backflip and still rides to this day. In 2016 he ran up the Empire State Building, 86 floors in 20:19, for the Challenged Athletes Foundation, raising money and awareness for the charity.Motorcycles are Kurt's second passion. He's been the host of BMW GS Trophy Challenge for several years, riding motorcycles off-road in Thailand, Madagascar, the Canadian Rockies, South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Europe and the United States.
