Biography Ku Aquino was born Manuel Rolison Aquino to a Filipino father, Don Antonio Urquico Aquino of Tarlac and an American-Spanish mother, Patricia Vaño Rolison of Cebu.Education He studied at the Ateneo de Manila (AGS69, AHS73, BSME/ABECO77), was a member of the Dramatics Club, Boy Scouts, PMT Officers Corps (Cdt. Lt. Colonel 1st Class) NCAA Sr. Track and Field, and NCAA Jr. (1973) and Sr. (1976, 1977) Champion Volleyball Teams. He was inducted into the ADMU Spirts Hall of Fame in 2004. Ku also completed the Managing the Arts Program at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in 2007. He received a Certificate of Training and Completion for Studio Camera, Editing, and Directing from Access Sacramento in California in 1996.Theater Ku has performed with the premier theater companies in the Philippines namely Tanghalang Pilipino, Repertory Philippines, Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA), Gantimpala Theater Foundation, and Dulaang UP from 1999 to the present.Television Some of Ku's notable appearances on TV were in The Millionaire's Wife (GMA), Imortal, and Spirits (ABS-CBN)Filmography This is an updated listing of the films in which Ku is credited.
