Kitty Archer is a British/Irish actress born in Tower Hamlets, East London. She studied at the BRIT School for Performing Arts and Technology and later at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. Archer left RADA early after being cast in Cordelia Lynn's One for Sorrow at the Royal Court, for which she was nominated for Best Actress at the Stage Debut Awards. She later received an Ian Charleson award for her performance as Mariane in Tartuffe at the National Theatre. In 2019 she starred alongside Andrew Scott, Indira Varma and Sophie Thompson in Matthew Warchus' production of Present Laughter at the Old Vic, which was later broadcast internationally on National Theatre Live. In 2021 she will appear alongside Lily James in BBC One's The Pursuit of Love directed by Emily Mortimer. Show less «
