Kira Dikhtyar is an international top model, actress and former rhythmic gymnast who was born on March 17, 1989 in Moscow, Russia. She became involved in rhythmic gymnastics at the age of 6. After competing in the 1998 Junior Olympic Games, Kira became a member of the junior Russian National Team, and a student of a legendary coach Irina Viner at the Olympic Center in Moscow. In 2002 Kira received a Master of Sports degree from the Sport School. She received Gold Medals in both Sports and academics and attended Moscow State University studying Geography and Ecology. However in 2005 Kira decided to end her education and gymnastics career and travel to the United States to pursue career as a fashion model. Kira's modeling career began in Los Angeles, where she did a variety of sports ads. She was initially signed by Photogenics Model Management a boutique top-modeling agency run by Nicole Bordeaux. Her first major modeling job was a shoot for Abercrombie and Fitch by photographer Bruce Weber. Her first major editorial was by Ellen Von Unworth for Italian Vogue. Since then Kira graced the cover of Vogue, Glamour, In Style, GQ, Elle, Vanity fair, Cosmopolitan, Noise, Marie Claire, FHM, Maxim and has worked around the world with recognized masters of fashion photography such as Patrick Demarchelier, Rankin, Tony Duran and Francesco Carrozzini. In 2014, Kira Dikhtyar participated in the fashion reality show The Face on the Oxygen Network channel, together with the legendary Naomi Campbell, Anne V and Lydia Hearst. Having gained fame on the popular show, Kira has signed on the campaign for the largest Russian trading network The Snow Queen, as well as for American brands such as Living proof, Noir, Kooba handbags, Antonio Maretti and Alice & Olivia. Last year Kira Dikhtyar founded a production company "90-60-90" that is filming fashion events and producing music videos like Tyga's Servin' dat raw. In 2015 she stars in a movie Making the day opposite Steven Randazzo. In 2016 Kira stars in a new reality show Model moms along with her friend, model/actress Eugenia Kuzmina. The two were inspired by the legendary Ari Emanuel who gave his advice to produce this show.
