Actress, producer, writer, comedian, and CEO of Latin Hollywood Films Inc. and of Omni Cultural TV and Omni Cultural TV Fest. She stumbled into comedy while living near the Comic Strip in NYC and soon became one of America's top female performers touring the nation with other top comics! She created the first bi-lingual entertainment show "Kiki Desde Hollywood" a hit show which aired on Galavision National Network and the ALL Female, cross-cultural "Kiki Melendez' Hot Tamales Live!" that aired from 2009-2011 on Showtime Networks. She created the variety comedy show "Locos Y Contentos" for Estrella TV National Network. In 2015, her Docu-Comedy, "Journey of A Female Comic" qualified for the 2015 Academy Awards. The film also became part of the Permanent Core Collection at the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences Library. In 2017, Latin Hollywood Films produced a full season (13 Episodes) of "Kiki Mobile" America's Mobile Talk Show that aired on A+E Networks' FYI and distributed by RMVISTAR worldwide. In 2019, co-founder Cindy Cowan and Kiki Melendez launched Omni Cultural TV Fest in partnership with NATPE, which earned a 5 star festival rating . In 2020, Kiki created Omni Cultural TV Fest Virtual Pre-Show sneak peaks of the projects and creators selected by OCTVF, which received thousands of views per episode. She is the pioneer of the first ever all day film festival populated by Avatar Technology, held on December 8th 2020 via StreamWorld Innovations a non-profit educational platform.
