Kevin Nations, coming from an artistic background in visual effects, learned the subtleties of filmmaking from a synthetic perspective. He seeks to constantly push the limits of his artistry with every project. Early in his career, Kevin produced a string of short films with his wife Robin Nations only to learn that the both of them made the perfect team. Kevin's breakout feature film titled The Water's Edge, garnered acclaimed recognition as the Best Independent Feature in the Brilliant Light International Film Festival of Los Angeles. The award winning trend followed with their second film Leftovers attaining an Official Selection at the Los Angeles Women's International Film Festival in 2010. In 2011, Kevin went on to produce Angel Dog (2011), a work he is especially proud of because it's the culmination of all his years experience as producer and artist. Angel Dog was an Official Selection and Finalist in the Family Film Festival of Los Angeles and was distributed domestically by Screen Media Films with Fairway Film Alliance handling foreign territories.Riding the family friendly wave, in 2013, Kevin and his wife Robin Nations co-produced and co-directed My Dog The Champion, a family movie starring Lance Henriksen, Dora Madison Burge, and Cody Linley being released by Anchor Bay Entertainment February 2014. This same year will mark the release of The Nations' 3rd family film, The Adventures of Pepper and Paula. Show less «
