Kendra McDermott is an award winning American actress based in the Pacific Northwest. Kendra made her feature film debut in the award winning breakout indie hit "Win A Trip to Browntown!," a comedic feature film from USC film school graduate, George Tramountanas. Kendra followed up her success on Browntown with a turn to dramatic roles, including a no-nonsense police officer in the film "If a Tree Falls," and a prisoner trapped in a post-apocalyptic women's correction facility in the television pilot, "Perimeter." "Perimeter" was written and directed by Simon King, of the famed, "The Rise of Whore Betsy," and stares "Terminator: Dark Fate", Kacy Owens. Kendra can be seen on HBO Max in the Fall 2021 in Steven Soderbergh's latest film, "Kimi", starring Zoe Kravitz.Kendra is of Swedish, Scottish and English descent. She was born in California, to a loan officer and a psychologist. Kendra began performing in talent shows and school plays at an early age. Her love for performing continued throughout childhood and into high school, where she took drama classes and found love performing in her school's annual fall improv sketch shows. Kendra trains at the BGB studio in Los Angeles and lives in the PNW with her husband and two sons.
