Keeley Gainey is an English Actress, born on July 22nd, 1977 in South London. Gainey started acting at the tender age of 17 after completing drama training at the Anna Scher Theatre before landing roles in the popular TV series such as Bramwell and films such as The War Bride (2001) and The Deal (2003) starring along side the likes of Anna Friel, Danny Dyer Linda Bassett, Jemma Redgrave and Claudie Blakley. In 2001 Keeley married her childhood sweetheart, Alex and they've been blessed with four beautiful children. After a brief spell behind the lens, Keeley took a sabbatical from acting for 15 years to focus her attention on nurturing her family and establishing three highly successful businesses. Nowadays Gainey is managing director of three care homes for young adults with severe disabilities and is director of a large scaffolding business. In her spare time Keeley challenges herself to read at least one book a week. In fact, she has such a great love of literature Keeley recently dusted off an old film script she wrote back in 2004, and with more experience and maturity has completed it, ready to turn into a block buster movie. She also writes quirky children's story and picture books, some of which are in development. However, Gainey is now ready to return to acting to pursue one of her greatest passions.
