Kathleen received her training and certification in the areas of voice, speech and movement from the late Arthur Lessac. She also went on to train in dialect acquisition with Louis Colaianni. She has been coaching professionally for television, film, and theatre in the areas of dialect acquisition and accent reduction for over twenty years.Kathleen began her coaching career when she served as faculty for the Lessac Voice and Speech Institute, training international teachers, actors and directors in six week intensives in the areas of voice, speech and movement. Kathleen is a guest dialect coach for the University of Southern California's School of Drama, working in the areas of performance, speech and dialect training for the actor. She also has served as consultant for UCLA's Anderson School of Business working with faculty in the areas of presentation, speech, and accent reduction. Show less «
