Justin Sysum was born in Gloucester, United Kingdom and attended The Crypt Grammar school. He obtained four A-levels in Biology, Chemistry, Physics & Maths and went on to Study Biology at the University of Southampton, graduating with a BSc Hons degree. Throughout School, Sysum played on every sports team. At university he competed in Rugby, Cheer-leading and played Running Back, Linebacker & Punt/Kick-off returner for the 2005/6 national championship winning Stags American Football team, earning Offensive Rookie of the year & Cheerleaders Player of the year awards. After University, Sysum competed at the national championships for track and field in Hammer throw and was county champion in Hammer, Discus & javelin. His first taste of the entertainment industry came in 2012 after he began training at Pro Evolution wrestling in his home town of Gloucester. In June 2012 he made his debut as 'The Hammer' for Devon Wrestling Association. From 2012 -2016 he continued to progress and in 2014 had numerous try-outs with WWE, performing on both WWE Raw and Smackdown as a Rosebud and in November 2014 competed in a dark match on WWE Smackdown alongside Nathan Cruz Vs The Usos. Sysum also performed on several occasions for British Wrestling Weekly which aired on local television channels throughout the UK. In August 2016 Sysum began work for Feld Entertainment as part of the Marvel Universe Live! European Tour after securing the Role of Hawkeye in an open audition held in London. As of February 2016 Sysum is back in the UK pursuing a career in pro wrestling and stunts. Show less «
