Justin M. Boyd attended Gardner-Webb University where he majored in Computer Science with a minor in Banking and Finance. While on pace to earning his degree Justin took up writing his own movie scripts that he had always had a passion for. With a series of few auditions under his belt and working as an Intern in a local casting office, Justin found him-self taking acting more seriously. It wasn't to long after that Justin had the opportunity to work on the set of "Blood Done Signed My Name", beside Nate Parker, and Ricky Schroeder. Acting went from just a hobby to a new lifestyle. After filming BDSM in North Carolina he was referred to an agency in NYC where he worked on national commercials for TD Bank North, and ESPN. It was these humble beginnings that lead Mr. Boyd to the hit Lifetime movie "Surviving Compton" where he played along side Rhyon Brown, and Shanica Knowles. Justin also had a role in the Mississippi thriller "The Hollow" as "Willie Joe Jefferson" and had the pleasure working with Bill Sadler and William Forsythe.Over the last decade Mr. Boyd has been an inspiration to his community on various platforms, but his favorite is simply through multiple social media platforms by offering spiritual motivation through real life experiences and words of wisdom that he lives by. When he is not working on set, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring diverse cultures as he realizes there is so much we can learn from other cultures on so many different levels.
