Theatre alumna of The FAME School, and graduate of USC's film school, Joy has always enjoyed working in front of or behind the camera. She most recently made her TV debut as a top-of-show guest star on CBS' Macgyver, and played Rayowa alongside Sasha Morfaw and Jimmy Akingbola in Maritte Go's independent feature RISE (2019)Joy made her music video-producing debut as a finalist in Los Angeles' Music Video Festival with "The Theory", and her film "Beautiful Hair" debuted with Tribeca, going on to win national merit & audience awards from arts initiatives such as YoungArts and the Scholastic Company.
