Joseph Callaghan was born on the peninsula of the North West of England called 'The Wirral'. He grew up in a small town called Wallasey where he attended St Albans Primary School in Liscard as an child. This is where his love of acting came to play, as in his final year he was asked to perform a small scene in a group to the class in which his teacher labelled him as a young 'Brad Pitt'. He was later picked for the role of Jesus in his schools Nativity Play. After Leaving primary school he went to St Mary's Catholic College Wallasey Village which was Specialised Performing Arts College. Throughout his 7 years here, he studied and focused most of his time on the performing arts subjects such as Dance, Drama & Performance. He performed in hundreds of shows over this period of time for the College and also outside of Education. During his A-Level exams his first role came around when he was chosen for the character 'Bad Vlad' on CBBC'S 'Young Dracula', he also performed as a Stunt & Body Double for the lead Gerran Howell. Upon completion of his two years of 6th Form he went on to study Dance at Leeds Metropolitan University in West Yorkshire where he graduated with a 2:2 (BA HONS). Since graduating in 2014 he has been working as an artist on various platforms e.g. Television, Film and Live Performance.
