Josef Behrmann was born on June 25, 1925 in Ventspils, Latvia as Josef Buchenwald Behrmann. He was an actor, known for Ipcress - Danger immédiat (1965), The Kitchen (1961) and Un mort en pleine forme (1966). He died in August 1995.
