Jose luis garcia was born in Barranquilla, Colombia, lived his early years in this beautiful city of the Caribbean sea coast, after that he studied 2 years in elementary school in Florida, going back to study in bucaramanga -Colombia where he graduated from high school and served in the army as a mandatory year, after that, he moved to Cartagena (colombia) to study theatre in the school of arts of Cartagena, with a 3 year career he performed in his first movie Siniestro, traveled to Bogota and started his rising career in Colombian soap operas.
