Born and raised in a Brooklyn brownstone, right off the R train in the South Slope, he embodies the sound and the soul of New York City.As an actor he's worked stages throughout New York and Los Angeles since he was eight years old. He earned his Fine Arts degree in Acting from SUNY Fredonia, in Western New York. At Fredonia he excelled in his studies of classical voice, jazz and modern dance, experimental theatre, classical theatre, directing, film acting, improv, movement and combat. After college and a summer of teaching theatre and combat to children in Italy, he moved to Los Angeles. It took two productions and a nomination for Best Featured Actor In A Musical (Broardway World LA Awards 2012), for him to be accepted as a member of Coeurage Theatre Company, LA's only Pay-What-You-Want theatre company. He also continued his fight and stunt training, with the Sword Fights Inc team of actors and fight choreographers. As a musician he was drawn to Jazz from the second he picked up a trumpet, at age 12. He attended LaGuardia Arts high school, for trumpet performance. This is where he found his love for crooning and discovered his passion for vocal jazz. Today he and his brother, Abe enjoy bringing the sounds of the entire country to Kings County, with their band Sally and the Beat.
