Johnny Luckett (June 19, 1959) (Birth name: John Isaac Luckett Jr.) An American Composer, Poet, Philosopher, Actor. He started acting at the age of five (Academy Players Directory 1965) but never considered himself an actor whatsoever. During that same year he (on a Prodigious level) started playing piano and composed the first of his many sonatas. As a child (age five) he stammered terribly and was thought to be somewhat slow. He later rejected school altogether (dropping-out) self-educating himself. Somehow (unofficially and years later) he studied both at U.S.C. & Chapman University with an emphasis on film and television production. Later, he joined (long time friend) Adam Pliska (President WPT) at Castle Rock Entertainment working alongside Hollywood icon-producer Al Burton. Luckett earned the title of "Production Supervisor" and assisted with both development and post production duties for Al Burton Productions. As an actor, he's probably best known for a few bit-appearances being a Federal Court Officer (opposite Tim Conway) "Dear God" (1990); Bobby Riggs Trainer (ABC) "When Billie Beat Bobby" (2001). Later, he was also cast as a recurring Cowboy on a MGM television series entitled: "The Magnificent 7" (full-season #2 1999-2000). Later, Luckett being a singer and top Rock Guitarist has recorded numerous works available now worldwide. Show less «
