John-Paul Jory was born in Canberra, Australia, to Colin and Paula Jory. John-Paul is one of eight children (two brothers, five sisters). After enjoying making films in Canberra for local projects and television commercials since college (2003), John-Paul left his career in Waste Management (Garbage man) and also I.T (Technician) and moved to Sydney in 2011 to pursue his career in acting further.Best known for his role on the Australian TV Series Home & Away as Constable Ben Murray.
