Biography of John Hill IIISinger/Songwriter/Musician/producer/actorBorn: August 10, 1985 Birthplace: Chicago, Illinois John Hill at the age of 7 began his music debut. He began to play the guitar, piano, and drums. Pursuing his musical aspirations he received classical training in Opera. During his time at Carl Schurz he won highest honors, 4 years running competing in the All City Operatic Competition of over 500 students. While attending high school he was pursed by several colleges including Julliard of New York City. He won a college scholarship to the Illinois Music of Winnetka, Illinois. He attended Wright College then became a radio personality, Mancow, where he wrote skits and parodies. His passion and tenacity led him to a meeting audition with the inimitable R Kelly. . 1991 Sang first solo, accompanied by Jazz Musician Lucius Bell Jr. at age 7 . 1992 Performed for Mayor Daley at the memorial service for Rev.
