John Studied theatre at the prestigious Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). His acting career was launched internationally by the award winning Australian television dramas, Home & Away and Neighbours. An impressive background on stage and screen, Morris co-produced & played the role of Ajay in The Dream Children, a topical film about same sex marriage and the challenges a couple face adopting a baby boy which is screening on the International Film Festival Market.John is producing King of the Mountain, a documentary film about Australian legend touring car driver Peter Brock and his triumph over adversity to win his 9th Championship at the World Touring Car Championship, Bathurst 1000 endurance race in 1987. Peter Brock's record still stands today.The King of the Mountain documentary is due for a DVD release at a date to be announced in 2016 in commemoration of Peter Brock's 10th Anniversary of his passing. The script for the feature film King of the Mountain has been completed.John has recently been cast as Andrei Andronikov a Russian assassin in the action film Out for Vengeance which is filming in Holland.
